My brother Brian sent me this reply regarding my peanut butter post, enjoy.

“…as I was reading your blogs, I have to correct that I do like Skippy Natural and I think your Simply Jif is not healthier than regular Jif. It may have less sugar but it has partially and other hydrogenated stuff which are the worse fats and much more unhealthy than sugar. I’d prefer natural fats and organics than reduced fats or sugars that are replaced with bad fats as I mentioned. The best stuff is organics and reduced sugar stuff. Not sure what good peanut butter is out there but Trader Joe’s has the best organic and reduced sugar jellies, but as I’m sure you remember, I can only vouch for strawberry. AND organic milk is a MUST!!”
