Turn Over Rate

So we all went to Applebee’s last night for dinner. It’s Jordan’s favorite place to go out to eat, she loves their mozzarella sticks. And once again we had a new waiter. Now we go out to this same Applebee’s restaurant at least once a month and every single time we have had a different waiter/waitress going back as far as I can remember living here, which is going on 5 years. It’s a popular place, the food is good if not great, so why can they not keep their people? It just struck me as odd. I’ve eaten out a lot in my life and I verged on being a “regular” at some places so I’m used to familiar faces in these situations. But this Applebee’s is the exception. I wonder why?
