Snip Snip
Two kids. That’s what the wife and I agreed on and as of Wednesday, that should be all we ever have. I got myself a vasectomy. Easy, quick procedure. Maybe thirty minutes and very little discomfort. I think I thought it went too easy though because I was trying to act all normal yesterday, walking all around the house, picking things up… and today I’m a bit sore down there. So this weekend I’m just gonna try and take it easy as the doctor instructed. A friend lent me the first two seasons of Stargate SG-1, a show I’ve gotten hooked on watching in reruns, so I’m planning to sit in bed or on the couch and watch a bunch of those. Of course with two little kids I don’t know how realistic that is, I do after all try to do my part so my doting wife isn’t overwhelmed. But she’s been great - I swear we disagree more over letting each other do other things than over who needs to be with the the kids. We’re just a happy family of four… and staying that way. :-)
